Refund/Exchange/Shipping Policy

Order Processing​
Our goal is to process all orders within 72 hrs of receipt. Orders are processed and shipped during regular business hours Monday-Friday (9:00AM-5:00PM EST) excluding weekends & holidays.

Shipping
All stock orders are shipped USPS Priority Insured, which takes 3-5 business days for delivery, after processing. International orders are also shipped USPS and typically takes 5-10 days for delivery.​ If items are not in stock orders typically ship 5-7 days after processing.

 

Shipping Issues
Please order far enough in advance to allow for any delivery delays. We are not responsible for any carrier delays due to holidays or weather conditions. We rely on the USPS/UPS to deliver your order on time. We do not offer reimbursements for delayed shipments. Please feel free to contact us if you need any more information.


Once the item has shipped w/ insurance, IVH releases liability to the courier and the customer. If there are any problems or delays with shipping, please contact the responsible courier for additional help or information.


Refused Shipments/Failed Deliveries/Incorrect Shipping Addresses:
Please make sure you give us the complete correct address (i.e. apartment or suite numbers) for your order so USPS/UPS can deliver your package without any problems. The billing and Shipping address on packages must match to avoid any potential fraud or chargebacks.


Returns & Exchanges
IVH is proud to offer a (3) day return or exhange policy on all  that have not been altered in any way and bundles in tact). There will be a 20% restocking fee applied to all returns.

Custom Orders

All special request for color, clip ins, bulk hair or any other special request are NON REFUNDABLE AND NON EXCHANGABLE.

If there is a problem with your order, we must be notified within 3 days of receipt. Failure to meet this deadline will result in a void of the limited warranty. We recommend that you wash all hair prior to installation, to detect any possible defects (ie shedding, tangling, etc). Once the hair is installed, all SALES ARE FINAL. IVH is not responsible for any labor costs associated with installation, removal, or styling.


All Sales Prices are FINAL! (If you purchased hair while it is on sale, there is n0 refund or exchange) Please contact us before sending items back for exchange replacement hair out at your cost and then if we receive claim money from USPS/UPS for first order we will refund your card in full (this takes three/five weeks). Replacement hair must go signature required.
